"The owner of the business came out for the initial estimate appointment and quickly came up with a plan. By the end of the day, I received an emailed estimate to complete the job and the price was much more reasonable than the other 2-3 companies who bid on the job. We were in a time crunch and they were able to fit us in just in the nick of time! While on the job, the crews ran into some unforeseen issues and had to quickly come up with a plan to be able to complete the job and they certainly delivered! I would highly recommend Chumley for any structure or foundation repairs you may need."

"<p>Chris assessed the area after a gutter overflow issue that had been ongoing for several years. Moisture entered the home through the windows that are a part of the bay window area. The siding, trim and windows had to be replaced. The interior window sill and woodwork as well as the sheet rock were damaged and had to be matched and replaced. When the area was opened up Carpenter Ants were discovered and more work had to be done to complete the repair. The damage from the carpenter ants was not anticipated and so the additional work and materials were added on.</p> <p>Chris handled every detail. He matched the molding and trim, paint, sheet rock texture, everything perfectly. The windows had to be custom ordered. He kept everything neat and tidy at the work site, picking up at the end of each day. Once he found the task would take much longer than the two days estimated, he fit the job into his schedule until all was completed. He is very knowledgeable, honest, and meticulous. Incredible craftsman work. He will leave the site better than it was originally and all of the repairs will prevent the issue arising in the future.</p> <p>I appreciate Chris' advice and input with other contractors that may be required to complete the job.</p> <p><br /></p> <br />"

"We had great contact from Zepp Construction from the get go. All of the crew were exceptionally polite and careful. They were there on time and worked continuously. Tearing off the old roof took a shorter time than originally anticipated since it was so very old. Which was good because the previously unseen lumber damage was greater than what we could see from the walk around. Taylor made sure that we knew this could be the case when he gave us his bid and we were anticipating it.  The bit of extra free time also allowed us to add another repair to the barn that we did not ask for originally: after seeing Zepp's big lifting machine we had them replace a somewhat damaged, ugly but serviceable cross beam while he had the machine there. <br />"
