That was successful but in the process, he expressed concern over the gasket on the sewer plug and tested it to be sure it was firmly sealed. It appeared to be and he had us flush toilets and run faucets to be sure. The seal appeared solid but overnight it slowly showed a leak. We called Reddi Services and Damion was back early the next day to replace the part. He didn't charge us a service call for the second visit and even ran out to find the piece needed (he didn't have the part in his truck so he ran out to find it and charged us just for the part.). We're very satisfied with Reddi Service, have used them several times in the past, and will continue to use their technicians."

"The sink had very thick and longtime build-up that was mostly clogging a big section of pipe and not able to be opened with a "snake". Several feet of pipe had to be removed and replaced. Once the occluded piece was removed, Kyle showed me the ends of the pipe after it was removed and why just trying to shift the caked in debris wouldn't work in this case. I appreciated him showing me (including some photos, as I have a crawl space) along with explaining so I had a better understanding. "The crew were very professional and polite. They were extremely quick in getting our sewer issue resolved if it meant working in the rain. It only took a day and a half to diagnose our sewer backup, dig a trench in the front yard, lay new PVC in place of the old damaged and root plugged clay pipe and pipe bursting with new HDPE pipe to replace the rusted out cast iron pipe underneath the house. This included on the second full day working till 9:00 PM in a mud pit in the rain to get new sewer line installed. I was admired by their dedication even when they were running into issues. When the issues arose they increased the crew size to guarantee the project was finish that day. There were also cheaper than the other quotes we received for replacing the line from under our house to our driveway near the street. I will defiantly use them again."

"I had some plumbing work done by ANOTHER big company within the last year. Although the work this OTHER company did was satisfactory, the prices they charged were rediculous. But I was stuck because I needed to get the work done ASAP and I didn't have the time to get someone else out. I decided to give Taylor Plumbing Services a call this time when I had a shower drain leaking over my garage. I first attempted to look into replacing it myself. But for the life of me couldn't figure out how to remove the old drain. The house is 47 years old and the way they installed drains back then is way different than what YouTube was showing. I couldn't figure it out and didn't want to take a chance of getting into trouble not knowing for sure what I was doing. I'm glad I called a professional. Jason came out, and although I think it was a little more work than expected and took a couple different techniques, he was able to get the old drain out. He also replaced the leaky trap (it had a cap which was also leaking) and some of the ABS pipe. Jason was very professional, courteous and neat and made sure everything was working before he left. There is no way I would have been able to do what he did. When it came time for the bill I wasn't blown away as I was with the OTHER company I had out prior. It was very fair ... actually lower than I expected. I will definitely have them out again when plumbing issues arise and plan to spread the word of their business."

"It went great!  I woke up early in the morning to find water coming in my basement.  I quickly turned off the main water supply.  Standing in about 1/2 inch of water, I didn't know what to do.  I put a call into Morgan Miller - they had someone out there by 8 am to assess the situation.  I had no idea at the time what had caused the water problem.   <br /> Alex determined it was a broken sprinkler pipe, caused by too much water pressure from the main line.  He installed a pressure relief valve to fix the problem.  He was very good about explaining exactly what had happened and what he was doing to fix it.  He checked for any additional leaks, but did not find any. <br /> I have used Morgan Miller in the past, and plan to continue to call them for any of my plumbing needs.  They offer great customer service at reasonable prices.  They even follow up every visit with a hand written thank you note!  How many companies do that any more? <br /> <br />"
