"Everything is going very well! Joe is responsive and easy to get in touch with. His contractors are quick and fixed issues that came up without a problem. They clean up at the end of each day. I think my garage is cleaner now than it was before the started! A great experience overall and I look forward to seeing the final product."

"I recently had comfort home services clean the air ducts in my home, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the results. From start to finish, their team was professional, punctual, and courteous. They explained the process clearly, worked efficiently, and treated my home with care. They cleaned up all the dust and trash. The difference in air quality was noticeable right away, and I truly appreciate their attention to detail. I would highly recommend CHS to anyone in need of reliable and thorough HVAC services."

"Doug is excellent to work with. He brought my vision for the fireplace/living room remodel to life through his expert carpentry and design consultation. Great communication throughout the life of the project and he kept an excellent eye on the budget, even suggesting some changes with materials and other items that would save money without impacting the look and quality."

"The contractor was very professional, provided a fair bid with clear communication of options, recommended changes, and all costs. Worked with us on financing to best meet our needs. Offered some great recommendations for some of the townhouse siding replacement. Each townhouse had its own unique siding that complemented with adjacent townhouses. Colors had to also vary yet coordinate in a complimentary manner. Workmanship was high quality. They new what to look for and how to ensure the results would last for many years. We were very please with the completed work. The buildings look very nice and we have received many compliments from our townhouse owners. The work was completed beyond our expectations, in a timely manner, and within our budget. We plan to continue to use Lindle Painting & Contracting for maintaining the exterior of all our forty townhouses. The HOA is responsible for maintaining the exterior of the townhouse buildings."

"Mark came out to our home and walked through what would need to be done, even though his company couldn't provide the specific excavation needed for the repairs.  He also took his time and looked at other areas of the home and addressed my concerns regarding settling, cracks, etc.  He never tried to sell me something I didn't need, and even advised me not to listen to other companies if they added on additional repairs beyond the problem we are having.  He was professional, courteous and very helpful in our decision making process on the next step to repair our home's foundation problems.  I will call them in the future if we ever have different types of repairs that need done! <br />"

"Mr. Barrett was sensational. My home is 35 years old, and the faucet handle was so badly corroded that it was difficult even to turn off the water. In spite of the corrosion and difficulty in removing the old fixture and installing the new one, Mr. Barrett never lost his patience and continued to work on the fixture at a time when most plumbers probably would have given up and tried to sell me lots of expensive new piping. I used Handyman Barrett for the first time just one week ago for an entirely different project, and I will certainly call him again for any home projects."

"The company repaired the damage seamlessly, promptly, and at no cost to me even though the warranty was for only 5-years. I don't know how they could have been any more responsive and expert, and my house looks great."

"Tim and his crews did a great job and kept my home and yard clean threwout the whole process unlike other contractors I have had worked with in the past. He worked hand and hand with my insurance adjuster and made sure they paid for everything that needed done as they was trying to cut corners and only fix certain things even thought other damage was present. Very thankful for all the effort they put forth to make sure my house was taken care of and making the process easy."

"We called for an estimate and they called back the next day and set up an appointment . They were on time and thorough in measuring and explaining what they would do.He said the estimate would be mailed out that day. Instead I called the office the next morning and got the estimate over the phone, Their estimate was better than ones we already had and I was impressed with their professionalism . We accepted their bid and they said we should have the work done in a week due to having to order the merchandise Less than a week they called and set a date for the job. The installers were on time. They removed the 1/4 round,Nailed the subfloor to the joists. Filled in the embossed pattern in the old floor and laid the new flooring. They then replaced the 1/4 round ,filled in the nail holes and cleaned up . All this was done in a professional manner."

FAQs for major home repair (general contractor) projects in Mosby, MO

In many cases, it’s much less expensive to convert a bus than to buy an RV, especially if you’re considering a newer RV model, which can exceed $100,000.

Another huge benefit of school bus conversion is that you are in control of the renovation project. You get to pick your camper's new layout and all the appliances and furniture.

While school buses can easily cost $300,000 when they're new, you can often find used buses for just a few thousand dollars. These vehicles experience extreme depreciation due to government regulations; they can only be used for so long before they must be replaced. Due to those same regulations, other government agencies cannot purchase them for their own uses, so the consumer market is the only place they can go.

The length of time it takes to convert a bus depends on the scope of the project (and size of the bus), how much work is DIY vs. done by a professional contractor, and how much work you’re doing up front.

In general, expect at least a couple of months for a conversion, but larger conversions could take six months to a year. Remember: You can tackle projects as you go: Get the basic work done so that it’s livable, and then continue to enhance your living space over time.
