"The service was excellent! They arrived to pick up the vehicle a day earlier which was great. They delivered the vehicle right to my daughter's door and found a side street to unload. "<strong> Glenn and his crew are thoroughly courteous and professional. I recognized that from the moment I asked for an estimate for the work and it has continued every single time I have contacted him or his office. </strong> <br />   The initial work hit a snag as the factory failed to deliver a part for the HVAC at the same time as the rest of the others but I let Glenn know it was ok to get started as the part was expected to arrive later in the evening-he didn't want to inconvenience us by working late at the house. <br />   They did a great job taking out the 10 year old heat pump, blower unit, replacing some of the duct work and laying a new concrete pad for the new heat pump. The guys were courteous, efficient and kept the areas inside the house they were working in clean. Overall, the HVAC work took two days to complete due to the factory delivery issue. They installed a new heat pump, gas furnace, blower and electronic thermostat in addition to the previously mentioned duct work and concrete pad. The work done was outstanding, the service provided by Glenn is the best. <br />   There was an issue with the unit-not an installation issue-but a design issue, that Glenn came out several times to fix, no charge. He always came right away and did his best to troubleshoot the problem but it was only after several months did the issue finally come out in a technical bulletin that the issue was with multiple manufacturers who had subcontracted a part to a certain company that was causing the issue. Glenn came back out and resolved the issue and the HVAC has been working like a champ. Again, throughout the process, he stood by his work and always came to help immediately. <br />   Once the HVAC was finished, Glenn installed the tankless water heater. He ran a gas line for both the tankless system and the previously mentioned gas furnace. They removed the 10 year old water heater and installed the new tankless system in the same location in the garage utility room. The removal and installation took only a few hours and was done professionally including the venting system on the roof for both the water heater and furnace. The system has been working great. <br />   <strong>Both the HVAC and water heater are working great and have saved me a great deal of money and I appreciate the professionalism and true service exhibited by Glenn and the folks at Bienvenu!</strong> <br />"

"Mr. Butler was prompt and professional from the very first phone call. I do not live in Mississippi and he worked with me to look at the property and determine what repairs were needed while I was not there. He worked with my schedule and was available to do the work when I was in town for a few days. <br /> After a few hours of demolition he provided me with a list of needed materials. I purchased them at Lowe's where he met me and hauled everything to the house with his truck and trailer. From there he setup his work area with a trailer full of tools and only needed access to an electrical outlet. He worked two 12 hour days, one 6 hour day and finished up the work in a few hours on a fourth day. All work was completed in a very timely manner and the quality of the construction and repair is very good. <br /> I felt very comfortable with Mr. Butler being around my elderly mother and her home. I will not hesitate to call him for future repairs even when I cannot be present to supervise. I'm sure he will do a good job at a reasonable rate."
