"The sales guy Dwayne was very punctual. He was not pushy. He listened to me as I explained what I wanted done for my house. He then offered a wide range of options for both my windows replacement project and my siding replacement project. After selecting my windows it was only about 3 to 4 weeks for them to be custom manufactured and installed. As an inspector I look at everything closely. These windows are amazing quality! The windows themselves are very well built, and the installation is top notch! I will call them back when my remaining windows need replaced. Also they came with a lifetime warranty which is always nice to have! My siding again was an awesome experience! My wife picked out one color, but later changed her mind. Even though it was just a week before installation, Dwayne managed to get our colors changed to a different color we had selected! We chose an insulated siding. I inspected the quality of the siding as well as the installation. Our siding installer was Nick. Let me tell ya, this guy does seamless work! I nitpick a lot and I found literally NOTHING wrong with his work This guy is a professional at what he does! The siding also comes with a life time warranty. When pricing my siding and windows EnergyPro was the lowest cost of the 4 companies I looked at locally in Kansas City. That was for premium windows and siding with lifetime warranties. Also the owner Dave stays involved. He came out to check and see the finished product and make sure I was satisfied with the work. He also calls to coordinate installation dates and is very considerate of your schedule and making sure they do as much as possible to not disrupt your family routine while performing their installations. Clean up was perfect as well! No mess at all was left behind! All in all, I would rate EnergyPro, their company, and their work a 10 out of 10. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for windows, siding, or doors. I will be returning to them for my business needs when I am ready to start more remodeling they can help with!"

"Last November I spent $2700.00 for Solar to install new guttering on my home. Last week I started seeing problems with the guttering and when I contacted Solar, they sent out a rep to look at the guttering and according to him the guttering was a truly embarrassing work of installation. His comment after inspecting the guttering was " this guttering was not installed properly and I'll be surprised if this guttering even stays on for a year!" I am now responsible for, as they put it, "removing and properly reinstalling the gutters myself!!" Or spend the money once more for them to correct their incredibly shoddy workmanship by properly installing the guttering."

"You should probably add 4-6 weeks to the expected delivery date if you expect to need the "enclosed" hardware. I received the blinds in the estimated time, but it came without the required hardware. I have made 4 calls (at least) over several weeks, but the hardware is nowhere in site. It is clear that SelectBlinds.com is a marketing company only has outsourced all production and fulfillment to third parties and evidently has a difficult time coordinating these type of customer service issue. Extremely frustrating that my blinds have been sitting in the floor for over a month and all I need is a few screws. Happy to go to Home Depot to get the screws, but SelectBlinds can't even tell me what sizes I need."

I pointed out something to the roofers and it made them mad, I know the roofer knocked a hole with his shovel, I tried calling the company and Gary himself, and they blew me off, worst co I've ever used, I was a contractor in housing all my life, "

"Repair Clinic sent me a water intake valve that had some scuff marks and an unnecessary fixture (which I thought nothing of, assuming it had been removed from a new dishwasher). When the part did not fix my dishwasher's issue, I ordered a circulation pump, which also failed to fix the issue, so I decided to return both parts. Repair Clinic blamed me for the scuff marks and extra fixture, which is unacceptable. They referenced their return policy which states that parts which have been installed cannot be returned, and denied me any form of refund. For all I know, the water intake valve was defective, and I have no recourse. Don't put any stock in the "No-Hassle 365-Day Returns" they proudly tout on their homepage. Instead, expect finger-pointing and uncaring dismissal. You are better off with one of their many competitors."
