"Great. They investigated the HVAC and replaced a failed 45-5 capacitor. Here's the great part. From my mid-afternoon service call to the time of completion was approximately 1 hour. I have used Freedom Plumbing, Heat & Air for years and they have never let me down. Great team! Thanks guys."

"They went above and beyond excellency to help us. We did not have any heat at all because our furnace was old and could not be repaired. They stayed in constant contact with us until we got our new unit installed. They genuinely cared and were very compassionate. We have used them numerous times before for smaller jobs, and they are always on time and dependable. Their standards are so extremely that their competitiom has their work cut out for them! We would not consider using anyone else. We are lifetime customers."

"The installers were incredibly courteous, clean, and very professional. They answered all my questions and showed me everything they were doing. The installation was done quickly and on schedule. The H/VAC system works beautifully!!!! I have already noticed a significant drop in my electricity bills. I have since hired Airco to not only perform further electrical work, but to also do some major plumbing work involving complete replacement of old iron pipes. Again, the work was professional, on schedule, and completely solved the problem. I plan to continue to hire Airco to do any electrical/plumbing work needed in the future."

"Palmer Heat and Air were great people to diagnose our A/C and high humidity issues. They gave us several options to help us come up with a solution that worked for our situation. Highly recommend. Very communicative as the work was being done. The whole team was a joy to work with. Professional and respectful of our home. Palmer Heat and Air will be our go to for any AC issues that should arise."

"Project: Install a new HVAC for upstairs. Kevin came Friday afternoon to evaluate our needs and quoted me the pros/cons/prices for two different brands of HVAC. I selected the Goodman units and we agreed on installation to begin the following Tuesday at 9:00 a.m. with an estimate of 5 hours for completion. He arrived a few minutes early on Tuesday and completed the installation an hour ahead of schedule. He and his helper were very professional, courteous and helpful. The results have surpassed my expectation."

"Late showing up, Left natural gas line loose. Was blowing gas into my house for a week and a half before it was discovered. Gas line improperly installed. Asked to use my shop then took it with them when they left. Took 2 weeks to get it back. They still have the attachments."
