"Steven was absolutely awesome. He had great ideas on updating the look of the hose without breaking the bank. His crew was very responsive. Had an issue with the guys covering the dryer vent and they fixed it promptly. Steven helped me pick paint choices and when I wanted to add more painting on some additional trim - he agreed it was a good idea and just sent the painters over - no hassle. We also had a garage door replaced, added features to back and front porch, had a window removed, replaced guttering around the house and resided/ painted the whole house and trim. I think you will be really happy with the product and can’t beat the service."

"Throughout the project we found Tony and all of his crew and sub-contractors to be highly skilled, very professional and excellent to communicate with. Tony is like a symphony conductor in the way he directs the work of the various members of his crew and sub-contractors. He orchestrates the scheduling of work to the greatest advantage, so that what needs to be done at any given time is not held up because something else needed to be done first. He communicates very well and personally inspects the work being done almost on a daily basis. I might add that the sub-contractors he uses have worked with him for years and do beautiful work also.  His crew has been with him for many years and they are all master craftsmen and easy to communicate with. At the end of each day's work they clean up the area, pick up tools and materials. They lay down protective floor coverings and cover doorways of work areas to keep down on dust. Tony works very hard to ensure that the customer gets what is asked for with the best possible results. His office people are very friendly, helpful and communicate well with the customer. They will call to let you know if there are changes in the work schedule. They email  updates to the project cost staement, so that you can track expenses. Tony is not going to be the cheapest in price, but you really get what you pay for, with great attention to detail. In our case, we wound up adding some extra work to the project such as additional plumbing work in a half bath, replacing lights in our living room ceiling, etc. Tony and his folks bring years of experience, the skills of mastercraftsmen, and excellent customer relations and communication to the task at hand. We could not be more pleased with our two new bathrooms. I believe Tony is going to post pictures on his facebook page, (I don't know this for a fast because we don't do facebook) Although the business name is Tile By Tony he can do just about any kind of remodeling. We even toured a multistory house that he had remodled from top to bottom including plumbing, electrical, tile, woodwork, floors, changeing of walls, and floorplan, ect. (It was one of the things that helped us decide to use Tony)  We would definitely use them for any future remodeling needs, or for smaller repair jobs. (yes they do that too)  Thanks Tony!"

"It took me about 5-10 minutes talking to Joe to settle on American Central for our hail damage work. He was far more knowledgeable and professional than the other roofers who quoted the job, (one of which never even got on the roof to measure or inspect, but "guaranteed' he'd get insurance to cover the roof, a new fence, new patio furniture, & the kid's playhouse!). For starters, Joe was recommended by another gutter company, which was quoting the gutters separately. When your competition recommends you, that speaks volumes! Joe ended up getting both the roof & gutters included on the insurance claim & agreed to my request to use the gutter company that had quoted it, instead of his own crew.....even stayed late at the office to help us pick shingle & gutter colors one evening. He oversaw another separate contractor that he had fabricate some custom flashing to accommodate the pergola over the back patio. And, the majority of the roof was completed in 1 day. Just some minor finishing & cleanup on Day 2. And, when the insurance balked on some of his Supplement estimates, Joe was professional but forceful in defending his numbers & had the measurements & data to back up his claims. As a result, both of his Supplemental claims over the initial Settlement amount were covered by insurance. In hindsight, I wish I'd used American Central for the gutter installation as well, since they had to come back TWICE to fix mistakes & leaks. Since American Central was the POC for the overall insurance claim, he stayed on the gutter contractor, until everything was fixed properly, even though it wasn't his crew. We've had a lot of work done on our house the last couple yrs (stack-block retaining wall, concrete patio, pergola, pool deck, exterior paint) before this roof project, & I'd lost faith in Contractors in general, after all the problems we had with each one on every job. Joe & American Central single-handedly convinced me that good, competent Contractors still exist. I've recommended him twice already!"

"The air conditioner went out after a blackout during an evening storm in late July and was only blowing room temperature air through the house. We called in the morning and he was able to arrive early that afternoon to inspect the problem (for which I am grateful, especially since I'm sure he had a busy work schedule). He quickly found the issue (the air compressor was not turning on due to a burnt wire) and was able to make the necessary repairs with out any problems. We have used Universal Electric for several maintenance issues in the past and they have always been courteous and prompt. "I originally met with field manager, Stephen White, who was very nice & professional.  He demonstrated the procedure on one of the worst tiles. It was very impressive and I was able to select the color for my grout.  I also showed him 2 tiles that needed replaced which he said they would also replace and/or repair.  I accepted his "Angie's big deal" offer and Brandon Cartwright showed up, on time. Gave me his card and identified himself.  He asked if I had any questions about the procedure and it would probably take around 4-5 hours.  He worked alone and I have to say, my floors looked  better than the original installation.  I was instructed how to care for the floors to keep the 10 year warranty in effect.  I purchased their highly concentrated cleaner for regular mopping & also one to use every few months for spot cleaning or full floor if necessary.  Be sure to read on their site how to care for your tile, marble or granite that they have treated.  No steaming allowed.  I'm thrilled with the outcome. te"
