He called 30 minutes before he was scheduled to arrive to say he was on the way, he was on time, friendly as can be & extremely knowledgeable, hard working & honest. He tried everything he could think of to repair the condenser before telling us it needed to be replaced. He didnâ t do what others would and just give us a price, he gave us options as far as equipment was concerned & the different price points. The folks at AAA HVAC went above and beyond with our system. What started out as a simple Condenser replacement turned out to be needing an entirely new HVAC system because the old system was completely mismatched & undersized for the size of the house & condenser we have, causing all kinds of problems. Including our original condenser dying in under 5 years. Long story shorter, it was an unexpected financial hit and they not only inspected, quoted & replaced everything within a day, they worked with me on financing. Jay even returned the very next day to fill out the invoice with all model & serial numbers that was requested by the manufacturers for any future warranty repairs, just registering the equipment on line was not good enough. "I reached out to Vince after reading through numerous reviews of plumbers and am very happy I gave him a call. I had used another company to do a "service" on my oil boiler that had become very inefficient...$200 later with them telling me it was all fixed, nothing changed. I called Vince, described the symptoms, and he was able to fit me into his schedule the next day. Turns out I needed a new boiler and Vince was able to show me in 5 minutes why (VERY obvious), where as the previous guy had spent two hours accomplishing nothing and taking my money. I took this opportunity to convert to gas and Vince walked me through my options, provided two estimates within 24 hours based on different units, and was able to start work in 2 days. He was clear, great at communicating and responding to questions, and priced very fair. No one wants to hear the fun news of a boiler replacement, but I am glad I got in touch with Vince before I got stuck with no heat in the middle of winter. Vince gave me great advice on how to maintain the new unit, best practices, and things to check up on regularly. He took my calls a week after he was done when I had some follow-up questions for him and backs his work-up for a year after the new install. Overall A+."

They gave me an estimated time and the repairman shows up later Example: Twice my appointment time was scheduled for 12-4 pm and showed up at 7:00 pm or later . They have been unable to fix the air conditioning unit because of not having proper equipment for making. repair on the truck. The workers are courteous but I have found some operators in the call center rude and unhelpful . Upon warranty expiration I will not be using this company"
