"I was in immediate need to replace my air-conditioner for a graduation party that I was hosting in 48hrs.  All of the companies that I contacted couldn't come out for at least 4-5 days. I was overwhelmed when the Airconex owner, Dash was apologetic of their booked schedule but due to my circumstance offered to personally come out at 8:00pm the next day (after he would have already put in a 13hr day with his crew). I was convinced that my 22yr AC unit was beyond repair and I was fully prepared to pay a ridiculous premium for his help in resolving my dire situation. Dash showed up on time that evening, agreed that the unit needed replacing, offered an alternate solution that he felt confident would get me through the season if I wanted to delay the purchase of a new unit, and he got everything working by 11:00pm.   Airconex saved my party, didn’t empty my wallet, and gave me hope that Customer service isn’t dead. I highly recommend Airconex and am planning to have Dash back this fall to replace the A/C & furnace."

"Bakeel Mohammed repair man was awesome he was there with in 1 1/2 after calling for service. He was very polite and professional. Came in he listened to my problem with the furnace went downstairs figured out the problem right away with the furnace. Explain things to me what he was doing. He had the furnace running again in less than 30 minutes. I would use this company again. It was a pleasure having this gentleman come after house to fix the furnace on a Friday night can’t say enough about him."

"Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. I would recommend this company to my family./friends and will use again."

"I pulled up Angie's List and selected CSR (Complete Service Restoration). Within 30 minutes after contacting CSR, Ron Minando was at our door. Within another 45 minutes Ron's crew arrived. As Julius Caesar said upon landing in Britain, They came, They saw. They conquered. With CSR, They came. They saw. They conquered a smelly, moldy, and disgustingly wet basement. To ensure that water, dirt, and contaminants, were not tracked into our house, they put down a waterproof cloth matting on the main floor, the laundry room and the garage. Working in a quiet professional manner, the crew drained the basement, extracted water from the carpeting and padding, zipped it into watertight plastic bags and disposed of it in a dumpster. They did the same with the wet drywall and some water damaged contents. They moved so quietly and quickly that my wife and I were unaware they brought in very large air scrubbers and dehumidifiers. After removing all the contaminated debris, they sprayed the floor and walls with a plant-based (no toxic chemicals) anti-bacterial agent. By acting quickly, CSR was able to save my wife's hat room and its 300 plus hats Hooray! It took several days to remove mold and dry the basement, but when they finished we had a clean odor-free basement. The men were prompt, very courteous, professional, and knowledgeable about the dangers of a water/mold damaged basement. If needed, I would definitely hire CSR again."

"Ac not working and thought it was compressor so found a company that would come out on Sunday. Spoke with tech and he was knowledgable and gave me a good deal of info. The after hours charge was high at $140.00 but it is a hot Sunday so the fee is what I expected maybe a bit more but they were one of few who would come out for an emergency. Ok perhaps no ac is no emergency but still. Lol Tech diagnosed the problem and it was a bad capacitor and he added freon but just a bit. Part cost was $215.00 or so and I researched the part and it only costs $40.00 new but I have zero experience with hvac and I am paying for their expertise plus they had the part etc. it costs what it costs and if you know about these things then yea it would be much less but it is less than a whole new system. I would call them again and there seems to be a wide variety of opinions on internet about that cost but they are a big company and I am paying for their expertise just like my clients pay for mine.
