"We renovated on the middle of COVID but it went surprisingly well. The crew worked quickly, wore masks, and Nathan, our project manager, is REALLY good. He visited the site nearly every day and sometimes multiple times a day and really knows his stuff. We hired a designer from a design firm, but Nathan knows design really well and has some great ideas. Any issues, he was quick to address. I would partner with Nathan and Wisebuilders again in a heartbeat."

He even met with us after installation to explain the almost incomprehensible PG&E bill. Although not the least expensive bid, his was competitive and I felt he was as interested in educating me about solar and the various types of panels and inverter systems as he was in selling a system. He demonstrated how the array of panels would meet our energy needs and as opposed to some of the other companies, wasn't selling us more than we needed. Our Projuct Manager was Meir Bar who was great. He completd all city permits was in attendance for all inspections and was available by phone at all times even when he needed to leave the country. We had the same crew for the entire project and all were very responsive to all my questions and kept me informed as to what they were working on each day. Our project was completed within the time given at the start. The payment schedule was given to me at the start of the project and when had a change order they kept the cost at as low a cost as possible. I would use them for any future construction projects."

The project went smoothly, was done ahead of schedule, and are all in compliance with the city code and inspection. They pay attention to the details and are very respectful to the surroundings. The team are knowledgeable and professional with high craftsmanship. We were able to do several small fixes and upgrades in addition to the main project, which are just some big saving and extra convenience for us. They were able to go above and beyond and hold very high standards which makes the user experience even better, such as coming back several days later to seal the tiles after all grouts are dried completely, getting us the biggest shampoo niches possibly during framing, slopping the tiles in niche and the shower curb, reserving extra sealant and paints for my future use and deep clean when the job was done, etc. After two months using the bathroom, no issues and all things run as they should. Highly recommend them for any home improvement projects."
