Daniel’s estimate was similar for a standard water heater replacement but although I had not considered a tankless install I asked for a quote on that as well after discussing pros and cons with Daniel. Daniel then waited while I discussed this with my wife and since he could do the install the next day I decided on the tankless install and Daniel arrived the next morning and completed the install in three hours. I am very happy with the quickness and quality of the work as well as the quality of the Rinnai water heater that was installed."

I had him relocate the water heater lines and install a tankless water heater, remove steel pipes and redo drain lines. The kicker for the water lines was access next to a furnace and new gas lines that needed to be run due to insufficient gas supply. During the project we found micky mouse water line taps that needed to be removed and the house water shutoff valve that failed to closed completely. Lots of unexpected work but he gave decent quotes to complete the job. He is quick, doesn't cut corners, and gets the job done. I wholeheartedly recommend him for project a homeowner wouldn't touch or doesn't have time to do."

"The first visit lead to cleaning the area around the heater and burners and checking the thermocouple. Sadly that seemed to make it worse. Less than a week later No hot water for over 30 hours till the second technician replaced the thermocouple. All is perfect now. No charge for the second visit. The next step, if needed will be a tankless and their quote looks a bit steep. But I am really hoping I won’t need to go that far."
