The crew showed up on time, and did an excellent job of removing the 77 year old windows that had the original framing. They set the new windows very professionally, and did a great job of caulking. They demonstrated the features and had us use them so we were sure we knew how to work them. We have window air conditioners for our small house, and they re-installed them in a leak-proof frame."

"The salesman was very professional and covered all details with me. On the day of the scheduled install they arrived promptly but were unaware they were second floor windows and a third floor repair so he had to cancel. They were able to reschedule another crew the next day and they arrived promptly as well and got right to work. Each member of the team had a responsibility and they worked together perfectly. One of the window openings was not square so the installer had to work longer on that window to make sure it fil just right and slid open without binding. When they completed they did a great job cleaning up."

We replaced 25 windows of every shape and size across a large and tall house. It took this well-oiled machine of a crew less than two full days to complete everything, right down to raking our lawn and sweeping our driveway before they left. "Champion struggled to get our project finished, having to come back and finish the project weeks after the initial install. They quoted quickly, got me scheduled for initial install quickly, and even got the windows in within a day. But when the installer said they'll be back in a day or two to finish the cosmetic stuff... they did not. It was safe in the short term, no damage, no risks, but cosmetically awful. The company was quick to recognize the problem, extremely communicative, and didn't charge anything to make it right. They stood by their promise to make it good for us. They also fixed our torn screen for free; the wind blew a heavy patio umbrella and it slammed into the window, tearing the screen. Side note, not even a smudge on the glass. It is quite handy to have technicians locally that you can just drop in to drop off a broken piece. Overall quite happy but it took a bit to get there."
