"Everything went well and smooth with their help. I got the proposal with all details at the same day when they came to do the estimate. Our old furnace was built on 1971, and it was in a closet next to the water heater tank. When one other company came to estimate, they wanted to cut a furnace size hole on the wall facing the hallway to fit the machine and we have to find a constructor or handy man to finish, like to build a door or make it look good, but G&S figured out an easy way, which is to turn the machine toward another direction and eventually only cut a vent on the wall. It took two days for all the installation, and they cleaned up when they left and everything looked clean and nice. They also listened to customers. We didn't want the heat pump to be right next to the stairs of our deck, so they chose a spot which was few feet away from the closest spot without any question. We appreciate for that, since the wind blows out from heat pump is kind of strong, and we feel comfortable with where it is at now. One thing I really like is they were on time, and they called around 30 minutes ahead before them showed up. They also take care all the paperwork for the PUD rebate, Costco 10% shop card, and city permits, and all we do is waiting their call to arrange the time."

"Robert and his son were total gentlemen and did excellent work. They first came out to look at the job, made a parts list and gave me an estimate for their time and the material cost. When Robert and son returned they were on time, did excellent work and left the work sight looking great! My job was admitted tricky they had to replace and old tank heater with a new on demand hot water heater, replace old leaking copper plumbing with pex and connect the new hot water heater to the hydronic floor heat system. "We'd used them four years ago to replace our windows. They were about 40% the cost of Renewal By Andersen for the same Andersen windows, were professional and courteous throughout the process, and we haven't had a single problem since. So when we wanted to put in a heat pump system for efficient heating and cooling they were high on our list. We got four bids, and once again they were the least expensive, in this case by a 30% margin. They explained our options well, came up with some creative solutions (we're an old house with old vent-work which they bypassed for the ductless pumps but used for a top quality air filter), and did the job quickly and efficiently. They've checked back a couple of times since to make sure everything is ok, which it is, and it's been really nice to heat our bedroom on some cold nights and cool my western facing home office on some sunny afternoons). When the permit inspector asked before they came over who our installer is and I told them, they said "They do really good work." Definitely recommend them to others and in fact already have."
