"as the only firm that creatively approached solving my problem. They found an affordable approach that met my needs without any preconditions. The only downside was that some of the equipment they installed were deffective at the time of installation. This may be the fault of their supplier, however."

"They came in, assesed the issue, and were able to fix it in a matter of minutes. They did a once over our entire furnace and even played with my dog!!"

"SAFE AIR HVAC LLC did an outstanding job installing my new AC unit and furnace. From the first visit to the final walkthrough, their team was professional, knowledgeable, and extremely efficient. They took the time to explain my options, helped me choose the right system for my home, and provided a very fair price. Installation day went smoothly—they arrived on time, worked cleanly, and made sure everything was set up perfectly. The new system runs quietly and keeps my home comfortable, and the difference in air quality and efficiency is noticeable right away. I was especially impressed with their attention to detail and the care they put into their work. If you need a new HVAC system installed, I highly recommend SAFE AIR HVAC LLC. They truly go above and beyond."

"Scott came to my home after regular business hours from my AC going out on a hot summer day. I expected it to be one issue, and Scott talked me through it and showed me what the real problem was. He fixed it up, charged me a fair deal, and helped my family out in a pinch. Scott will always be my first call whenever I’m in need of service."

"Of course the A/C quits on the afternoon of the 90+ degree day! Fan and compressor were not working, but indoor fan was, meaning either a capacitor or contractor issue in the outdoor unit. Called office 10 minutes before they were done for the day, but was able to confirm a repair appointment for first thing the next morning. Technician (Sean) was here at 8 am, and after a 2 minute discussion and check, confirmed that capacitor was the issue. Still under warranty from Bryant, so that was a plus, but I was surprised that there was a failure after only 3 years since last unit ( also a Bryant, nd installed by AC Engineers after house was built in 1997) never had a problem for the 17 years we had it until replaced with the higher efficiency unit. The interesting comment from the technician was that he would likely replace 5-6 more capacitors that day (!!!!!), not tied to any particular brand of unit, but more because all the manufacturers use the same capacitor from the same source, and "they literally don't build them like the used too". Rather illuminating - In addition to the capacitor fix, he did a full service check of the system. Excellent job, responsive and knowledgeable."

"Started with brand of furnace, asked what I had done to attempt to fix the problem.  (It was then that I realized how 'ignorant' I really am.)  She recommended I check the circuit breaker.  Never occurred to me to check since I had electricity on the first and second floors.  Got a bit suspicious when the stairwell light to the basement didn't come on.  So, I got a flashlight and checked the breaker.  Turned it off and then on again.  And ... low and behold, the furnace came on.  (guess who was Very Embarrassed)   We went on to chat a bit to make sure it was going to stay on.  She was very pleasant and understanding.  I inquired about replacing my furnace humidifier and she gave me information as well as cost.  A bit pricey, but I'm fairly confident I will call back and schedule to have them install one.

"Jim did a great job. He quickly assessed the problem and then took our unit with him to work on it more. When he got back to us, the fix would have cost more than it was worth. He gave us options for a new or refurbished PC. We felt the refurbished was a good deal and chose that. He came back and set that up and we are very happy with it. He then took a look at my laptop and again took it along. He tuned it up and installed a speed upgrade we wanted. Of course, we paid extra for the new unit and upgrades, but we thought the price was very fair. Jim seemed very knowledgeable and responsive. We will definitely call him again if we need any computer services."
