They installed a new stainless steel liner in my chimney and made some crown repairs. They had told me that the warranty on the liner was only valid if their company performed annual cleaning. This year, I recently reached out to schedule a cleaning and found that the company does not respond to email or answer the phone. Their voice mailbox is full so I can't leave a message. Also, their website is not functional. This provider may be out of business. This review is in regard to recent efforts to contact the company for additional services and not the work performed in 2023."
