My unit was showing two error codes. Andy assured me that he could repair my system. He came and diagnosed the problem, replaced two sensors and corrected my problem. Andy was very knowledgeable, fair and honest. The kind of person you want to come into your home. He cleaned and serviced my ac system also since it was installed seven years earlier and never cleaned"

Our comfort level has decreased: We turn our heating down by 7 degrees F at night, but on cold nights the system takes over 4 hours to get back to the set daytime temperature. Acosta says we must not turn the heating down by more than 4 degrees. So we now have to choose between being too warm at night or cold in the morning. Supposed, this is because the unit is so efficient and not over-sized. It is too early to say if the higher efficiency shows up in substantial savings. The installers were on time and courteous. They did, however, leave the work area dirty, with left-over food and drink, and our garden tools strewn about. The crews explanation of the controls and electronic thermostat was rushed (after 6 pm) and inadequate."

"I've just been really pleased. The only thing that I kind of have a question about. They said the supervisor would come back out and show me pictures of what they had done under there after they got finished. He had some kind of a conflict and he didn’t come. I have to call and ask them to have him come. But I have the number of the man who talked to us at the begging and he is the one who told me always get pictures when somebody finishes, not just when they start. I think he will come or send whoever is supposed to come. I am not worried about that."

"Immediate response with same day service.  Stopped by early in day on way to another site and quickly identified the issue.  Had to pick up replacement part  and came back after 5 pm to replace the unit.  Ensured the AC was working.   Contacted me a couple of days later to double check all was still good.
