He also gave me advice regarding the trim and making the decision to replace it as the previous owner had kind of destroyed it and I was just going to paint over it. Will also replaced some drywall from a water leak and did a great job blending it in with the wall. I would highly recommend Will for any job. When I say Adam had the best estimate, I mean that a well known carpentry business gave me quote of $30,000 and a well-known builder/renovator quoted me $20,000 (but at least said I get it done far cheaper with a good handyman, which is what I found) and the total cost with Adam came in just under $10,000).
