The most recent visit was Nov 5, 2019. Brandon was the technician. He was courteous, professional, and efficient. I was confused about an invoice I had which I thought was a receipt for installation of a part. Brandon was extremely patient in allowing me to present my opinion and then he very patiently explained that what I was looking at was an estimate, not an invoice for service. And he explained in detail the benefit of having the part installed. I authorized the installation of the part and he took care of it efficiently. Brandon displayed the kind of customer service we expect and appreciate, but in today's business climate is not always the case. "Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. I would recommend this company to my family./friends and will use again."

"They where on time and professional. They did A Walk Thru with me to let me know were everything was going to be Installed and ask If I had any questions . At that time I didn't. They also did a Walk Thru with me after it was all done to make sure I was comfortable with the work and asked me if I had any questions, Which I did ..... how do I work the new thermostat and they took the time to show me how to use it and make sure I was comfortable with the new system and thermostat before they left. "Bought coupon on 3/8/14.  Received message Monday 3/10 scheduled for Friday 3/14 between nine and twelve.  Richard arrived just after 11:15 and went right to work on the unit.  129.00 coupon is for yearly servicing for both the A/C and the furnace, well worth the price.  I will recommend to my neighbors.



Update 11/16/14.  Still haven't heard from Trusted about furnace service.  When I bought the coupon back in March and asked Richard about setting up an appointment for November he stated that they would call me in the fall to set up furnace service, well its supposed to get cold tonight [36º] and a week before T-Day.  If I have to call them to remind them about their obligation to finish their service contract thenI need to downgrade my rating."

"I've been using Carpet Police for years and I am always glad when I call them! When schedule the appointment, I talk to a friendly person who gives me options of days and times that are convenient for me. When the day arrives to clean, the guys call to confirm what time they are coming. They are happy to move furniture I need help with and they move it all back using styrofoam blocks so my floors look great and my house doesn't have furniture scattered everywhere. We have a dog and we doggy-sit frequently (= occasional potty accidents) and thanks to these guys I still happily sit on the carpet. My kitchen grout changed for the better after you guys were done last time. I'm pretty sure it was 2 shades lighter. I'll keep on calling you!"

"Matt is very meticulous and tested all parts of the system thoroughly. It was the first time I had a company test an A/C system where I felt the money was well-spent and that it would protect me for the cooling season. He spent well over an hour here going over everything. Matt's philosophy is that's it's often cheaper to repair and maintain equipment than to replace it. I agree with this approach. Matt noticed a refrigerant leak and found a couple of test valves that might have been the cause which he replaced. Also, replaced a run capacitor which was getting weak, and added 2 lbs of R-22. At the end I decided to sign up for a yearly service where he will come back in the fall to check the heating system. He provides free filters for the year with this service. He's professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and also a very nice guy! You won't go wrong with Matt."
