"My Old Range oven controller failed after 26 years. And with no replacement parts available, I was facing a very difficult and expensive replacement prospect for the 40" custom range countertop. I reached out to Neli and quickly got an appointment. We chatted over the phone while Tom was looking at the range. it was so easy and it put my mind at ease, we could fix the beast and be back to baking. Tom sent a follow up email with a link to a tech company that would fix the electronic controller board. He included the specific parts number which turns out was the right one, not the one specified in the manufacturer's online documentation! I shipped the broken parts out. The repaired controller came back just in a few days. The part was installed and range operational before my wife was ready for her morning tea. I hugged the old stove. Working and Neli was an incredible experience, so easy and it saved so much money. I highly recommend Neli, what a great service!"

"Good service. I wish there price was a little better. One last note. I did ask for a repair price for our gas stove top. Never heard back."

"Make sure your appliance has not been discontinued by the manufacturer and that parts can be ordered prior to scheduling repairs. Lesson learned."

"We felt that we should not have had to pay 210$ for service that we had no idea was needed, as the previous technicians you have sent never advised biyearly maintenance. We could have received the same service for less money from Horizon or BGE Home !"

"Bean's is now my "go to" appliance repair specialist for all appliances. In one service call he fixed my dryer, showed me what was wrong with my dishwasher (no fix required), and assessed an issue with my oven. The part needed will be ordered and installed. Very knowledgeable, professional, and honest as I felt like he was actually trying to help without running up needless charges, I now have someone I know I can call on and have the utmost confidence and trust in. Thanks Tim!"
