"Overall, the experience with the handoff from Jesse to Brian was smooth, and Brian and Steve (who tore down my old fence, rebuilt with 6' cedar shadowbox and added 2 gates on each side of the house) did a great job. They were prompt on arrival each time they said they would show up. The spent approx 5 hours tearing out the old section of fence and rebuilding. Upon completion, they hauled away all the debris and Brian offered to haul away a large pile of yard waste and brush we had built up in our early spring clean up. Jef came and provide an estimate, but actually took the time to walk through the pros and cons of multiple fence types so we could decide what was best for our plans and property. "They did a good job.  The only thing that bothered me about them is I had told them that I wanted to be here when they did it and they came at a time when I wasn’t here and as a result, our backyard has a fence around the back of it and our yard area extends like 5 to 6 feet on either side of the fence and they didn’t do the aeration or fertilization or the seeding outside the fence area, so there was a fairly large section that they missed."
