"It went very well. When removing the old floor tiles, they found considerable damage to the sub floor. Mike showed us ans explained how he would replace it. It required extra labor. Also, when the work was completed, Mike tested the faucet in the new sink and discovered a leak. This was at the end of a 10-hour day. I appreciated the fat that he stayed and made sure the work and Ray did was to our satisfaction. They also custom-fit the vanity for us, which required adding pieces to the sides and the bottom. "First, a word or two on Carlos:  a genuinely great guy, who is up front on cost and very knowledgeable about his line of work. 
We had about a one inch gap under our kitchen sink that grew steadily since we moved in to our newly built home.  It seems the builder, or the sub who performed the work, fitted the pipes incorrectly.  Over time, the improper alignments began to reveal itself and water began to fall unto the cabinet bottom.  Carlos identfied the issue right away.  Within an hour or so, all of the pipes were replaced.  Originally, the cost was 225.00, but Carlos was kind enough to ask where I found his services.  When I responded with Angie's List, and without hesitation, he gave the me advertised discount.

Joseph and another member came within a couple of days to assess the situation, make recommendations, and take measurements. "Edmund is my hero! Showered in the morning to find the faucet had broken and the water would not turn off.  After turning off the main water to the house, I attempted to repair myself. I knew what needed to be done, but got stuck at a certain point and did not want to cause any damage.  Called Crown Plumber and Edmund told me he was nearby and could come right out.  He fixed the faucet, replaced the handle, and showed me where I went wrong in my repair attempt.  He was professional and charged me what he quoted on the phone. "The plumber performed a cursory check of the plumbing in the house. The outdoor faucets and refrigerator ice maker line were overlooked as well as the floor drain under the spa tub.. On the phone prior to the visit, I asked how long it would take to perform the   water heater "flush" and inspection. He said about 45 minutes. It took him about 30 minutes including the water heater flush. He looked at the plumbing in/under each sink, tub and shower and noted there was no evidence of leaks and  pointed out   a few obvious problems I was already aware of ( e.g. disconnected sink plugs, old faucets, etc.). Even though this was an Angie's List "Big Deal" supposedly at half the usual price, i thought it was excessive for the  service provided.

"Nick and Mario were recommended by our builder (My Builder, Inc.) to supply and install the granite in our new finished basement.  They were FABULOUS!  They helped us look at samples, talked budget, explained benefits/pitfalls of what we were requesting and were even helpful in finding attractive and reasonably priced corbels (the things that support big heavy bars).  If we ever get around to replacing the counters in the kitchen, Nick and his team are going to be the first ones we call."
