Get matched with top traditional tile roofing installers and replacers in Mount Vernon, VA

"It went fantastic. Dave, the salesperson, came right away. He was professional and friendly. Gave me the info about sizes (we chose the 14-inch), features (it has a solar nightlight which gives enough glow at night you don’t have to turn lights or have a nightlight on), prices, tax break, etc. Since they came highly recommended from our friends in Fairfax Station, VA, we hired them. We had to have permission from our HOA. They approved it with the proviso that the baffle would match the roof color. We got the RustOleoum paint can Dave and Al recommended in the shade of gray that matched our roof as required. Their two technicians came within a few days, Al spray painted the baffle and that was that. In about an hour and a half tops, they installed the skylight. I am SO happy we got this in our bathroom! It’s my favorite room now. No kidding. Wished we had done this sooner."

"Price was good. Roofing and gutter replacement completed on time. Good group to work with, I would definitely recommend - great job."

"The roof was replaced in a day and the gutters the next. The crew was in and out and all the interactions we had were pleasant on professional. We have a sunsail and it required them to install some anchors by doing some custom work included in the cost of the new roof. Everything went mostly according to plan other than needing to shift schedule due to weather. I would recommend their services to anyone."

"Brian was great with communication. The team were professional and did a great job on my roof. I was very pleased with the outcome. The price was right!"

"The tiles matched nicely and JW was the only place we found that was able to locate this particular size and complete repairs at a reasonable price. Other companies could not find the tiles, wanted to replace the entire floor, or quoted an exorbitant price to do a small area. The work was very professionally done. Our only complaint is that the office did not return calls or communicate with us in a timely manner."

"Chevy Chase Remodeling did an exterior renovation for us, including replacing our roof and siding, painting our house, replacing a window, and adding a new screened-in porch and patio in our backyard. They took care of the design work as well as arranging all the subcontracting to perform the construction work. The owner, Steven, and all the subcontractors were friendly, easy to work with, and professional. It took a while, as we expected, but they worked overtime to complete on time the one part of the project we needed done by a certain date. And they did a great job overall--we are very pleased with the final results. The house looks totally remade and the porch and patio are just what we were hoping for. We recommend them!"

"Chris's estimate beat everyone else's who came to the house or just looked at the house remotely via Google Earth by about $4000-$9000, and because we were in a quick time constraint, Chris was able to work with us, barring the weather.  Chris and his crew did a great job!  Cleaned up well after themselves, and were very accommodating to our scheduling needs. There were a few can-lights that were jostled loose in the kitchen ceiling from the banging and movement up above the rafters, and I had to have a contractor come in to fix those (so Professionalism is just an A-, not a true B, but the Angie's list scale doesn't account for minor points).  Overall we were very pleased with the service, and the estimate.  the final cost was just a bit higher (approx $150) for more plywood that he'd anticipated would need replacing.  If I had another house that needed a roof in VA, I would use Chris for it.  I wish he worked in the new state we moved to. Thanks, Chris!!!

"I own a rowhouse in DC, and the roof finally failed in too many places to patch. Darren gave me a reasonable estimate, helped me research the various materials, and his crew did a great job. Everything went up in one day."

"Excellent! Very fast and extremely Knowledgeable-I really like the fact that they focus only on roofing and they just they didn’t just come out and inspect the air my roof water was leaking inside the interior they went inside to actually see the water stain to see exactly what needs to be repaired. Most importantly they focused on repairing the area requested versus other companies who oppression me to replace the entire roof Versus focusing on the area with the issue"

"The staff at Peak Roofing Contractors made it very easy to work with them. They were friendly and very responsive to my questions or inquiries. They replaced our asphalt shingle roof at a reasonable price. The work went smoothly and they did a great job cleaning up after the work was finished. We were happy with the quality of the work--my wife said we now have the best-looking roof on the block. I would use Peak Roofing Contractors again for other major home improvement projects and I would not hesitate recommending them to others."
