"This review is long over due! We have worked with Lerman Appliances for years. Over the last couple years, they repaired our dishwasher, washing machine and refrigerator. They are the first company we call when we have any appliance repair issues because of their great service and honesty. Once we thought we had a problem with the washing machine, but when I called Leman to schedule service, they walked me through a couple things to do and the problem was corrected. Most recently, we had a problem with the refrigerator leaking water. Lerman came out right away and found one problem and corrected it. A few days later, the water leak was back. It turned out there were two issues causing the water leak. When we called Lerman about the continuing problem, the owner, Ilya, came out personally and found a hair line crack in a water pump going to the ice maker. He ordered the part needed and returned to install it himself when the part arrived. Ilya was such a pleasure to work with and did not charge us labor for the return visits! How AMAZING is it to find a great company that stands behind their work these days! Thank you Lerman Appliances for all the times you've helped us and provided great service!
