He helped us come up with a good design and took care of everything including scheduling inspections and approval of permits. He even accompanied us during shopping trips and provided valuable inputs to help us pick finishing materials. He is also very receptive of critical feedback and goes the extra mile to make sure we are happy with the work at the end of the day. "After purchasing a Big Deal, I played phone tag trying to get an appointment.  Then I let the coupon sit until it almost expired.  I was able to get in touch and schedule an appointment immediately.  The crew arrived on timely and was very polite and professional.  While I have 2 a/c units, we chose to only do one (the second was not included on the coupon).  I got a lot of good advice about a/c filters and our ductwork.  I was told there was some mold (this is Houston) but that it could not be cleaned without a special appointment.  All the dust/dirt was cleaned. We discussed the pros/cons of replacing the ductwork as it is old.  This is something we have been in discussions with our regular a/c service provider about.  When it came to the dryer vent - the reason is was so dirty is that there was a gaping hole.  The service rep carefully explained what I needed to replace it, sent my son out to purchase it at Home Depot, then waited for his return to install the new one. 
I was happy that they asked about pets.  I have a 17 year old dog who still likes to escape and everyone was mindful of her silently slipping towards the open front door.
