He helped us come up with a good design and took care of everything including scheduling inspections and approval of permits. He even accompanied us during shopping trips and provided valuable inputs to help us pick finishing materials. He is also very receptive of critical feedback and goes the extra mile to make sure we are happy with the work at the end of the day. "The company had good crew that worked hard in the heat of the attic.  they informed me of the number of ducts, vents, etc. and recommended complete replacement with attachment to existing blower.  I also completed insulation of missing areas in attic that added to the job.
I didn't do competative bidding because they were on site and ready to go.  I think they did a good job and all has functioned well but not sure I didn't pay "retail" for the project.  However, for a once every 20 year replacement, good clean up, in and out service I was OK with the charge and quality.
