I asked for a credit. the scope was to install gas line to a stove, Drierand a water heather ready to install the appliances, he came back with air pressure test only with no shut off valves or reducers to fitt the valves..... I waited for his crew to show up to complete the scope he never even call to let me know that he wasn't coming, therefore I completed the scope and ask ask for a credit. of 147.00 materials and labor to what heis office response was ththe could it done it in half hour and 6 dollars in materials I have receipts from home depot any way not much more to said will not ever use his services ever again!!!!! <br />"

True to their quote over the phone plus a lil extra for the parts, which is to be expected. Very glad I cancelled my other plumber for them. <br />"

"This company is awesome. We called them Friday Late morning and he gave me a price right on the phone. The price was very reasonable. I asked if he could possibly accommodate us for that day since the homeowner is elderly and it would be a hardship for the toilet to be out of commission. He moved his entire schedule around and drove all the way to Terra Bella to make sure the job was done that day. He did not even add an emergency service fee or a fuel fee. He was so good we had him install our new toilet for a nominal additional charge and we could not be happier. They were very professional, courteous, and pleasant, not to mention quick. I would recommend them to my family, friends, and anyone else who needs a plumber. <br />"
