The location of my main water line was tricky to get to, but they found a great solution to tap into the line via a drop-ceiling access point. They located the Hydronex Water Conditioning Cylinder and Salt Backflush Container exactly where I wanted it. Their work was clean, tight, and very professional. The RO system was backordered, so they explained that they will return within the week to install that portion of the project. They prepped for the RO install by drilling and installing the faucet in my granite countertop. After the install, they explained the whole system to my wife and I and we were up and running with conditioned water. I can't say enough about my experience with Chuck on the initial phone call, Miles who provided the water testing and sold me the system, and Ryan who installed the system. I sent him pictures and just as I thought I needed a new one. He gave me a price with a new heater and installation. He told me that I could go buy one and he would install it to save some money. I estimated what it would cost if I bought it from a home improvement store, paid for delivery and the installation and decided to have Brian do what he does best at a fair price. He even threw in a military discount for me. He was at my home within three hours, drained and removed the old one and installed the new one.
