"BJ did an overall excellent job on the remodel. He communicated with me every morning about what was to happen that day. His crew was on time and did the work in a professional manner. The quality of the work was excellent throughout the project. Once the job started, I requested some additional work to be done. BJ was able to complete the additional work without any delays. BJ invited me to dinner one night with some of his crew to watch the NBA finals at one of the local resorts. I enjoyed BJ and his crew very much. "Once I sent her all the measurements, it took her a little while to get the options back to me.  Overall, they're good designs.  However, they're very simplistic and give general ideas for space planning.  I was hoping to have a better idea for sizes of furniture for the space and some variations on staging.  
Jill was very responsive when I did have a question.  I'm not sure how helpful it is to have a virtual design done.  If we lived in similar cities, I'd probably use her again for help with additional designs.
