"We had two hot water tanks, one was leaking at 3:30pm on a Friday. We called Alpine and they were at our house in under an hour! They drained the leaking tank and re-routed the pipes so we could continue to use the one tank. Later that week they came back and replace the other 15 year old tank with 1 high efficiency and a circulator pump. Rick and crew were awesome! We will use them again for any plumbing needs."

"They messed around for about 2 hours and final tried to snake the pipe off the kitchen drain. There was an obvious blockage so bad that the snake couldn't budge it. (so they said). They said that I needed to replace the pipes to the tune of $4800.00. They then handed me a bill for $400 for services rendered. They left and I now have a larger problem than when first they arrived. Appears that when they put the snake down, it interrupted the clog and now beside water, I have this black smelly flakes coming up the drains in my sinks. I called the company the next day and asked to speak to Zack (their plumber). I wanted to ask him for a price to just replace a section of the pipe. Well, he never returned my call. I assumed that Innovative did not want my business. I would not call them for help again. My pipes are being replaced as I speak. Oh, this plumber is charging one third of their bid. So take this review and really consider it before you hire them."

"Disappointed. Sound Tile and Grout was on the pricer side and I definitely did not feel that I received what I paid for. Part of the initial install was done poorly (more joints than necessary, see picture) and required the provider to return to reinstall portions of the tile which I was charged extra for. The provider did not clean up at the end of each day nor was the area thoroughly cleaned after the job was completed. The provider left pieces of tile on our front sidewalk and a track of dirt and debris down our stairwell. Grout haze was also not fully removed. At the end of the day the completed install did turn out well, but I would not recommend this company due to the above concerns."

"i didn't hire directly.  they came via a home insurance company referral to look at a problem.
they were solid.  liked the guy who came out.  he tried his best to get our water heater replaced by the water heater company, but ultimately they would only pay for a replacement, at which point i cut my losses and hired someone else - b/c the water heater was 19 years old and it would have been a temporary fix.

"I liked Alex as a person, I was very happy with how much care and knowledge he brought to the table, and he pulled things off with quite a lot of precision and care. Let's put it this way: I had Alex work on a series of problem areas in the house.
I had a utility faucet that was dripping, he inspected the hoses and replaced the faucet. No problem. I had a couple of electrical boxes that weren't working, or were dislodged. He replaced the dimmer (asked for), and corrected things. I had some issues in the plaster, some drywall exposure where I'd had minor water damage. He cut it out and applied mud. I had a garage door with a big gap at the bottom, where I wanted a door sweep. He chose a high end sweep, cut it to perfect size, and put it right where he needed. I had issues where I wanted to do some weatherization, he took care of some problem area.
And he did everything with care and skill. I've more projects on the way, and I've already asked for work from him again.
