"I purchased a new Navien NPE-240A2 Tankless Water Heater and had it installed. I'm loving the new water heater. It replaces an old Noritz tankless that died just before this installation. The on-site estimate was what sold me. Ken went through all the details and answered a lot of questions from me. Zachary came out with Austin and performed the installation just like I discussed with Ken. Zachary kept me in the loop throughout the installation to ensure I was in agreement with how it was going. Zachary always had my interest at heart and ensured no corners were cut. The installation is much cleaner, and more correct than the previous tankless company did. Zachary even listened to my concern about the astectics of the exterior exhaust and quickly found an easier and cleaner looking way to address my concern. He also removed an old recirculation pump and replaced a new main house shutoff valve. The entire area was treated respectfully and left cleaner than they found it."

Again, Matthew immediately answered my call and understood my anxiety about the water and asked a member of his team who lives nearby to diagnose the problem. Devon, was at our house within 15 minutes on his day off, basically, to help us. The beauty of this story was Devon immediately figured out it was our a/c condensation unit leaking and not a plumbing issue at all. However, he went above and beyond to help us at my asking and problem solved! It is my belief that this company can always be trusted and relied upon for excellent service."

"Mark was able to replace my water heater quickly and efficiently and went the extra mile to make sure I understood the function of the heater and the water leak gauge -- my old one was improperly installed and submerged by water (super helpful. not.) "Install was on time and as described. '1st Response' did the job I expected for the water heater install. Good customer service for scheduling. Note that the Angie's list price of $799 only covers the installation of 50 gallon gas AO Smith hot water tank. Assuming you also do installation of new brass fittings, new flex lines and new expansion tank (which you should probably all do with the new water heater) it will cost an ADDITIONAL approx $500-600 (mostly labor costs). That's a competitive price but still, you should be aware that the original quote is just for the water tank install itself, nothing else. All-in-all they did a good job for a competitive price. A few months after the install, so far, I can say I would recommend them for this type of work."
