There were some difficult windows in our offices (we work in a converted house) and they were able to handle them with no problem, restoring the integrity of the structure in all cases. They were so very careful in our home making sure to cover and protect everything around the work site. I felt completely comfortable letting them work while I was at the office and they provided excellent communication during the project. They tackled each window with skill and care and I was in awe each night when I came home. The workmanship was top notch. The homemade and crumbling window looked absolutely perfect, like it should have looked when the house was built. One window had to have a completely new sill and window box built to fix a previous poor installation and it was a masterpiece. Every day I marvel at how good it looks, like it is original to the house. The guys did a beautiful job. I had planned for overages due to our tricky job (that is usually the case for projects on our house) but they came in on budget and the work was impeccable. I would recommend Reglaze to everyone! "The repairman came right on time, as promised. He laid out floor protection throughout the home to catch any debris or moisture. He meticulously took out the old and installed the new, cleaning as he went. He polished up the windows to where you thought there wasn't even a window in place. It looked flawless! "Replacing windows may be the most frustrating and time-consuming project we've had. And I'm talking about FINDING a window company! We got the hard sell from Anderson, and ultimately canceled the install because I just couldn't deal with the sleazy sell. We got 3 different quotes for the exact same windows. Petr was in the middle, but half of what the top company wanted! Petr was a breath of fresh air. He is clearly a craftsman and had all kinds of suggestions and reassurances as I was worried about making the windows blend in to the home. He was patient as I debated style and glass. While it took a bit to schedule the install, his team was absolutely fabulous. They were hard workers and fixed anything I was unsure about. They also did a few minor repairs to exterior sills and door jambs that weren't where the new windows were even going! When it came to replacing our sky window, they were the only ones even willing to tackle the job. Other window companies said a roofer needed to do it, the roofers said window guys needed to do it, and others said it couldn't be done at all! Not only did Petr's team do a great job and make the new interior sill and exterior siding look seamless, but they took great care to make sure everything was sealed up properly.
