When our 28 year old 1st floor furnace died, we only called Vaughan for an estimate. I checked on line for furnace and A/C estimates and felt the water heater and install was fairly priced. "We had two plumbers out to our house who weren&apos;t even willing to get in and diagnose the problem in our crawl space. We ended up with a $9k quote to reroute and replace our water line (not even the entire line) even though they did no tests to confirm an issue. He and his team clearly know what they are doing and are honest people. Lucky for us, Chris didn&apos;t jump right to a quote to do the biggest job. We found it and it turned out to be an uncapped old plumbing line! Dan at Roesly came out within 30 minutes and had no issues getting into our crawl space and fixing it the right way!
