"Based on the high rating of this company on Angie's List, I called them when our washing machine stopped working reliably. On the phone, I explained what the problem was. They scheduled a serviceman to come the next day between 3-6. I stayed home that whole time and no one showed up. When I called a second time, they apologized profusely for forgetting to come, and sent someone out within a half hour, even though it was Friday night. I was appreciative of their attitude and prompt efforts to remedy the situation. However, the repairman who showed up didn't really know what he was doing, was not able to explain our options, and ended up leaving soon after he arrived, telling us that he would get back to us with an estimate to replace a part. A couple of days later, we got a voicemail letting us know that the part we'd ordered, costing $189, had come in. We hadn't ordered it, of course. I appreciate that they didn't charge us for the "house call," but am disappointed in everything else about their service."
