He recommended that I purchase a unit myself that was on sale at Menard's and he would install it. Came back as promised and installed the new opener, everything works great."

The cost was high compared to other estimates we obtained, but we felt it was justified because of the professionalism and knowledge displayed by Chad Ebbert--he gained our trust. The crew that worked on our house was very professional and friendly, and moved all of our furniture/took paintings and electrical face plates off the walls. There are only a very few mistake spots in a HUGE job that we have found (one small paint splatter from one color onto another which we can easily fix with leftover paint that was left, and one brush mark on some ugly curtains--I should probably replace those, anyhow). We are pleased with the results."
