"We replaced 7 windows and a patio door. Drew answered all our questions and helped us pick our options. The price and quality beat the other companies we talked to. Due to COVID the manufacturer took 5 months to finish the windows, but that’s no one’s fault. The installers were great and even took our blinds down and rehung them for us. The only negative was that they gouged some wood trim around the patio door. All in all we love the windows and door - they’re attractive and work really well. If we ever replace our four remaining windows we’ll definitely call Window Universe."
