"Kerry and his team were always on time professional. He would take the time to explain everything that needed to be done what it would take to do it right.
That was Kerry's main goal, to do it right. They remodeled the entire bathroom and tiled the entire room, as well.
Kerry is a wonderful craftsman and does amazing work. They had to float a couple of walls as they were no longer square and did a wonderful job.
He did some other odds and ends for use while he was there, as well. Roof leak and trim around the front gable and fixed the living wall from that leak, as well. It all turned out wonderful like the bathroom.
It did take a bit long than projected but that was totally due to the bad weather that we experienced in Feb 2014.
We would definitely work with them again and actually do have plans to use them for some projects at another residence.

"Mr Stone came out a second time to take measurements, etc. and said he would call me with a quote.  I waited a couple of weeks and heard nothing.  Called them back and asked why I hadn't heard from anyone and was told they were trying to get pricing to repair my current cover.  Waited a couple more weeks and called them again.  Mr. Stone came back out on July 31st and took additional measurements or something, I wasn't home at the time but my neighbor told me he had been here, but I have still not heard not gotten a quote, phone call or any word from the company.  
WILL NOT BE USING RAMCO TO REPAIR OR REPLACE MY PATIO COVER.
