"Unexpected delays; job is not complete yet. No Problems. After old cabinet and wall removal, we had an inspection and got a surprise. The inspector requested we remove all drywall from ceilings in 2 rooms, kitchen and adjoining room (not in the Plan!). Bruce was patient explaining what was next, why the extra work and cost had to be, and the impact it would have on his timeline. He was very fair and made us feel confident about the project, though the whole ordeal was a stressful thing to deal with. All of this has set our finish date back. Which gives me the chance to do another review. I intend to post a before and after photo if allowed. Bruce has given us fair pricing and is thorough in answering all of our questions. He is very knowledgeable, professional, and methodical. He's always patient, even with all of our change orders! I definitely want to hire him for other custom projects down the road. "Kori and his crew rearranged their schedule and came to give us an estimate (after working a long day) because they knew we were in a hurry to get our house painted. We had just purchased a home and discovered the previous owners were heavy smokers. We wanted to get the painting done before we moved in and they were so accomodating! Kori worked with me every step of the way. He wanted to make sure we were happy, always checking with me to make sure I liked what they were doing. He made sure he understood what we wanted done and they got right to work. His crew was extremely friendly and professional. Kori had me check the work along the way to make sure I was happy with it. At one point, I didn't like the color of the paint, and Kori changed it, twice, and was very happy to do it. He wanted to make sure we were satisfied with the job. My husband and I kept adding on to the job also, which was probably frustrating to them.... but they never let on!! Kori's work ethic is exemplary and I would hire him to come back in a heartbeat. He was very careful to keep things covered, cleaned up afterwards, etc. He also does outside work and I know we will need work done in the spring - we will definitely call Kori and his crew to come back!! <br />"

"Large deck, took 8-9 days of work performed over 2+ weeks. But wanted sides and vertical surfaces sanded as well, only did horizontal surfaces due to safety concerns with sander kick-back. So now I have to determine what to do about all surfaces before refinishing or sealing. Sanding that was performed was excellent. All deck nails (hundreds) were all set prior to sanding, very tedious work."
