"These guys are awesome! From the initial meeting that my husband had and selected the pavers (excellent recommendation!) to the final product was ALL top notch. These guys worked SO HARD and made sure everything was perfect. We just stood and stared in amazement when they were putting the pavers down. I cannot recommend this company enough. We have strangers stop at our driveway and say how beautiful it is. The pictures show before, during, and after. We had a concrete driveway that was stained and broken. "Resurrection / Pearl Pools was awful to deal with. They missed every timeline, they revised the quote upward mid-project after neglecting to include a shower area in the quote. Worst of all, even after MONTHS of missed deadlines, they called to say they were done and demanded final payment. When I said it wasn't and pointed out multiple issues remaining, they said they've done all they can and *full quote from an email from Brian, "I believe Resurrection Pools has lived up to our standards of service and quality." I was left with a deck that I needed to sand a large portion of on my own, plaster that is uneven with blemishes along the steps leading into the pool, tilework that's uneven, there was cement in the spillway so the flap couldn't be re-installed and multiple other issues I've had to deal with. That's their standard of quality and service. I reached out to my original salesman, Dave and he said he would look into it and get back to me. That was over 5 weeks ago."
