These days, it can be tough to just get a call back and when they do, you can be constantly chasing them to get on the schedule or get a first appointment, or get the work done. So when folks go above and beyond like TCS, I take notice! I have had needs for new roofs and repairs on several single family homes throughout the Nashville area, and TCS by far has provided the best customer service. Every single time, they are like clockwork, coming out to estimate (and sometimes doing the estimate on the phone if it is a new roof with their fancy satellite software - can't beat that!)...always confirming their drop of supplies, and confirming the scheduled date. I have been able to pick style and color and an explanation of everything is provided promptly. There is nothing I ever have to worry when they are on it. I always get the follow up with their warranty and a letter of thanks. So refreshing to see a company that appreciates their customers and does nothing but a stellar job. Over the years, if I have had a concern about something, they have been out same day if urgent or next day first thing. Never a ball dropped. I wish all contractors held to the standards of this company. "We found this crew of 3 brothers to be a real pleasure to work with. We got a quote from them and 4 others companies. From that 1st meeting, we just felt like they were the kind of people we wanted for our project. They spent time asking questions and giving us information about what we could or could not expect our results to be. Details were discussed that no one else had took the time to do. Our building is older and needed some serious prep work before the painting and these guys really took care of that. They worked really hard and spent a lot of time to make sure it would look good before putting the paint on. "I am very happy I found Affordable to work on our home. All of the staff is very polite, prompt and hard workers. Our carpet looks great that they were able to lay for us with short notice.
