From the beginning, the time line, the project, the materials, the demolitions, the actual construction was flawless. The outcome of the project was far more then we could have ever expected. "We have a home that was built in 1930, that is loaded with charm but needed some adapting to our family’s needs. It had two too many doors and one large window that we never used because it looked directly at the neighbor’s driveway! We also needed to have new windows and floors installed, custom bookshelves built, and of course new paint. We decided to hire Fred because from Day One you could tell he was someone that was knowledgable and someone you can trust. Having someone you can trust to do projects in your home is so important because they become a part of your lives for at least a month or so! Fred took care of everything: the supples, installation, paint, and making sure that the brick installers completed the job successfully as well. I now have an office that used to be an “all weather” porch that I can actually be in all day, another office/second bedroom that has more wall space thanks to the seamless work Fred did in closing up a large window and door (not to mention it was with plaster!) He was really precise in doing “delicate demo” since we were trying to save as much of the old house charm as possible. We were even able to use one of the doors in my new office, and it looks beautiful. Cost wise, everything was up front and there were no surprises (even though he was very gracious about us adding items along the way (like extra plugs and installing a storm door). We also had our attic re-insulated and part of our floor lifted which Fred took care of as well. He communicated with us every step along the way, which is also so important. We hope to have a custom closet installed in the near future and will definitely call Fred to do that project as well! 10/10 recommend Fred Oakley for your home renovations!"

"Luis and his team did a fantastic job cutting away bushes and clearing away years of overgrowth for a home in Oak Hills. It was so impressive one of the neighbors asked him immediately after to give him a quote for work he needed. If you ever need landscaping, I highly recommend Green Mountain anytime."

"Martin landscaping completed the job in both a timely and sufficient manner. They brought in top soil and leveled out a section of yard that was prone to flooding and also created a berm to prevent excess water entering my yard. They also seeded and strawed area. I would hire them again for future projects."

"Overall pathetic job. I hired this contractor for a kitchen remodel. They were quick to accept money but extremely slow to work. Some of the cabinets were chipped and installed doors on the wrong side. After 9 months of not finishing a small kitchen, I ended up firing them. They’re dishonest. Do yourself a favor and hire someone else!"
