"My hardwood floors were in really rough shape when Jeff came. There was urine, paint, and dark stains (among other things!) on them from previous tenants. We discussed a price and he was actually the cheapest of the estimates I received, including his promise to replace the stained boards that didn't sand out for just a bit more money. Jeff worked with me to get the job done quickly as we were on a tight timeline. He showed up on time, and worked diligently to make sure the floors were done RIGHT. They sanded everything out and finished the floors to the smoothest I've ever seen. They ended up not needing to replace the boards and discounted our cost accordingly. They worked with us to show samples of the stains on the floor to be sure we knew what we were choosing and how it would look in the end. The final product was absolutely gorgeous floors at an excellent cost. They cleaned up after themselves and made sure that they didn't leave us with any mess at all to worry about. "Kathy gave me advice on how to proceed which was what I was looking for. Our first conversation was on July 29th and the job was done on August 19. I was hoping to match my existing hardwood. However Kathy was upfront that this is very difficult to do as existing hard wood in my living/dining/kitchen is 15 years old and has aged. Kathy provided a sample that I agreed seemed to blend well. Now that the floors are installed, you can tell that it is different wood in the bedrooms, but I feel like Kathy was upfront about this. The floors in the bedroom are beautiful and the workmanship was excellent. I think once furniture is in and carpet are down the demarcation will be less noticeable."
