"Jim was very helpful and personable to work with.  I had recently moved to the Huntsville area and was unable to connect my wireless printer.   There were also some things going on with my laptop that made me suspect a virus had somehow gotten on to it, it was running more slowly than usual, and I wasn't happy with the Win7 configuration I had done when I bought the computer.  Jim came in and assessed the problems and we agreed on a time for him to take the laptop and reinstall the OS.  He was able to get the wireless connection to work as well.  He took the computer on a Friday evening and returned it Sunday evening in prime condition. 
A few weeks later I  got an error message while reinstalling my accounting software so I called Jim.  He talked me through the problem over the phone and I was able to get the program installed so I could use the program.

"It went great. The overall quality of the work was top notch & the craftsmen were courteous &professional. The shower area had some issues with the tile work & I called them out a couple times to review the situation with a quick fix, but after several months it was clear the underlying structure under the tile was causing the problem. Jonathon came back out warrantied the work and rebuilt the tile section over 3 days & we're super happy with the results. I would highly recommend JSC. We've used them extensively on several other projects around the house & have always been happy with the quality of their work. "CHW was very responsive to our urgent need! We filed a claim the evening prior when we notices our A/C was blowing warm air into the rooms. Then by 8AM the next day, we had a call from the service technician saying he was on his way to address the issue! CHW worked with the technician to find out the compressor was the culprit and approved it's repair! Great customer service for a family in need during the hot south central Texas summer!"

"We did major renovation in 1999. Jim Tully gave us the low bid to install new furnace, add A/C, install water heater and add ductwork to second floor, which had none. Other contractors didn't even want to bid the job. We hired Jim because he was cheapest, but ended up being extremely happy. He installed the new equipment professionally and efficiently in a very tight space. He actually spotted problems with the work performed by some of the other contractors, and we got it fixed before it became a bigger problem. We used the equipment he installed for nearly 8 years with almost zero maintenance. In 2007 we called him to install an attic vent, and do a check up on the furnace and A/C. He found some problems with the air handling system, mostly related to 8 years of built up dust and dog hair. Jim took care of the problems, and, when further problems developed (not his fault) even fixed those for just the cost of parts."
