"Mr. Duffy did an excellent job. His craftsmanship and experience are outstanding. The gables on our house were in need of repair so we decided to replace them. When he took off the old gable the attic was exposed as there was never any sheathing installed by the builder of the house. This was an unexpected surprise. He installed oriented strand board covered with tyvek house wrap (OSB) and then installed the gables and vents, etc. We did not have an attic fan so he installed the solar fan that we wanted. The gate on our fencing has come off a few times over the years. He replaced the gate and used a reinforced post that was anchored in cement as opposed to being anchored in sand (as it had been before) so that the gate will remain stable. After the job was completed he cleaned up all the materials and items from the yard. We are extremely satisfied and pleased with his work and will definitely hire him again."

"Roof Genie inspected our roof and determined that we had significant hail damage. They contacted our insurance company, filed all the necessary paperwork, met with the adjustor and then completed the work. We were shown several samples but they were not exactly what we wanted. They kept finding samples for us to view until we found one we liked. They never rushed us, or pressured us in anyway. They were very responsive to our needs and treated us with up most respect and professionalism. The crew was very professional and efficient. They worked tirelessly without stopping, took great care with our house, lawn and landscaping. They kept the work site very clean and orderly and when they were done you would not know they had been there. <br />"

"Mr. Hargrove was very responsive and professional.  We contacted 2 other companies and never really got any response from either of them.  Mr. Hargrove was on time for every meeting or contact, and never failed to return calls promptly.  We agreed to pay half up front, and when we accidentally mis-dated the check, he drove about 45 minutes to meet us halfway to get him a new one, which he then used to buy the materials.  During the second day of work on the roof, rain interrupted progress, and they covered up what was unfinished, to resume the following day, when they finished.  They did a pretty good job of cleanup, which was made <em><strong>much</strong> </em>more difficult by the amount of leaves that had fallen around the house - it would have been very hard to find the small fragments of shingles and nails all those leaves.  I later was able to blow both the small scraps along with the leaves out of the plant beds and into the woods.  I did find a few nails, but again it was nearly impossible to find them until the leaves were blown away.  The work crew was polite and professional.  I felt the price was a little higher than expected, but we did use high-grade stain-resistant shingles, and overall I felt the value received was good.  The new roof has yet to experience rain, but it looks tight and solid and I do not anticipate any leaks.  The shingles look good and are noticeably higher quality than the ones we replaced.  Mr. Hargrove pointed out to me several places where they had applied extra sealant to ensure that vent joints and other potential sources of leaks were well-sealed and should not cause problems.  <br /> <br />"

"The CC design consultant was on time for our initial meeting and was very knowledgeable about the product. She took some measurements and documented some design input from us and then supplied us with a preliminary design recommendation (via email which was nice) within a couple of days. The 3D rendering of the design recommendation that she produced was particularly useful for facilitating our conversation around the design. You could actually see what it would look like inside the closet space as we made changes to the design so that you could assess the overall impact of those changes before committing to the purchase. Some of the other closet system providers we talked to did not have this 3D rendering technology available to them so this was a plus for CC. The price point for the closet solution was very competitive with quotes we received from other potential service providers but we benefitted from a promotion CC was running at the time that basically gave us the textured wood finish closet material for the cost of the smooth finish material. The installer showed up on-time for the scheduled installation which was 3 weeks from the time of contracting CC to do the work. He performed the installation work as expected per the specs he was given for the installation job. There was one challenge that arose with the installation of the closet that was the result of a simple (but accidental) communication oversight between the design consultant and the installer. Once this was realized, the actual owner of the CC business came by our house the very next morning to assess the situation and to explain what he was going to do to correct the issue. The very next day, he had all the right people working on correcting the problem and within a matter of a few hours, the problem was not only corrected but he also made a few additional improvements to our closet system at his expense to ensure that we were going to be 100% satisfied with their product and their work. It is important to note that I have met some very customer satisfaction centric service providers in my life but this guy redefined it and reset the bar for it. All I can say is that he was INCREDIBLE!. As a result, I am now a customer for life with these folks and I can state without hesitation that they stand behind their product and their work until the customer is 100% satisfied. I would strongly recommend CC to anyone who is in need of a new closet system as it is very rare these days to come across a service provider with this level of commitment to customer service and satisfaction. <br />"
