"They came, and were on time. They knew immediately that the issue was: a capacitor failure. They had a replacement with them. They had installed within 15 minutes or so. The only complaint was the charge for replacing the ~$30 capacitor was $322, which was added on top of the $105 diagnostic charge. No one expects to get parts at cost with free installation. but charging 1,000% of the part's cost feels like I was taken advantage of. The total cost was $427 for fixing a $30 item. I will never recommend this company, and will warn people to stay away if they have a choice."

We had a water leak from the water main coming into our home leaking into the basement and after 2 companies bid Grade Solutions was $900 less and Garland did the repair at 9PM-12 that night so we could have water.
