"I don't like to write reviews very much and it's been a while since the project was completed, but the quality work done by Powells Pro at my home has been something that I have appreciated a lot recently and I felt like I needed to write a review. This is the second project they have done for me and on this project they helped put in radiant heat in a large part of our home and installed tile floors and replaced a sagging porch among other a few other things. One of the things that I appreciate most about Powells Pro is that on both projects they took our ideas and added to them in a way that created an outcome that was way better than we had expected. Our new porch in particular looks even better than I had imagined it. They have been very good to work with through the whole process and we have had very few problems with any work that they have done since they did it right the first time. "5 Star Kitchen and Bath has just completed a full remodel of 1 master bath and 2 full baths in my home. My review is primarily based on the end result, and I have to say my new bathrooms are FANTASTIC! It was a huge job, as all bathrooms were completely demolished and then rebuilt from the floor up to the ceilings in solid tile. I was lucky to have two main installers assigned to my home for the duration of the job: Froilan and Devon. Their work is truly amazing. They consulted us continuously during the job to make sure every element came out just perfectly. They were always on time and dependable. They were so clean, courteous and respectful - we enjoyed having them at our house for several weeks. We trust them and their work is high quality. Our Project Manager for the job was Zach. He was also great to work with. Anytime I had questions about what was included or not included in the price, he was very fair and empathetic.
