"While filling out this review, the drop down for what work was done did not have a choice for the work they did for us. Work list in review below: I hired Simple Fix Home Repair for two large projects and had a very frustrating experience. Communication was consistently poor?I had to chase Brad for updates, and workers often showed up without notice. On the first job (egress steps), inspection items failed, and the silicone work was extremely sloppy. The second job (deck, handrails, mono posts, condensate pump) was worse. Handrails were installed without required baluster guards. Floor jacks were replaced with more jacks instead of mono posts. When corrected, the mono posts were improperly installed?undersized screws and not bolted to the floor. I had to hire another contractor to fix it. The condensate pump was also wired incorrectly, confirmed by an HVAC company. They also never returned to clean up debris. Overall, poor communication, subpar workmanship, and incomplete work."

"Was done professionally. Sent picture of the damage roof that needed fixed. Replaced the whole roof,repaired front porch repaired the rear rain gutter, faceplate was riped off from the last snow storm and the damaged shingles over bay window. Did great work used high quality shingles and ice garden. I would recommend this business for any other work I would have done..."

"$100,000 in damages! This company completely ruined our home!! RMS was hired to finish our modular home - including decks, metal roof, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, finishing work, & construction of block basement. The results were not just disappointing, they were catastrophic. Licensed contractors who have inspected their unfinished work have estimated over $100,000 in repairs & reconstruction. We have spent thousands on a lawyer after begging them to make it right, but they've refused to take responsibility of their negligence & are happy to have us spend more money trying to take them to court. Our horrific experience with RMS has devastated our family financially & emotionally. We have extensive photo & video evidence supporting every claim. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!!!"

"To begin with the salesman told us most of the work would be done outside. Also the molding did not have to be removed. This was all wrong information. They did most of the work indoors. They did not put anything down on my runner or my wood floor. My runner and floors had to be steam cleaned. They destroyed the molding around the windows. The caulking is horrible. They were supposed to send us a survey. It was never sent to us because they knew we were not happy. No one from the company contacted us to see how things went. We have to call a finish contractor to replace the molding. This is not acceptable. I do not recommend this company. "
