They could’ve come out the same day, but since it was rainy and not too hot, I chose the first appointment the next morning. I hesitated at the thought of after-hours fees, but Tom said, “Join the club, and there won’t be a fee.” Simple and smart. I wholeheartedly recommend Swift Services. I'd gladly refer them to single moms, college students, or anyone who may feel unsure or overwhelmed when facing appliance issues. No pressure, no scare tactics—just trustworthy, efficient service. Exactly what you want when you're letting someone into your home. UPDATE: At 6pm i called because the AC was frozen (I thought.) EJ took the call, instead of the regular On Call Tech. He drove 40 minutes (I know this because the have a cool tracker) to come to my house. The AC was fine, again. I asked about a box on the side of the unit. Long story short, the previous homeowners had the power company put a Demand Restrictor on the unit which is limiting electricity to my AC and causing my sleepless nights. That'll be rectified ASAP, by the power company. "No Charge," said EJ."

"Ronnie was very prompt coming to my home to access the problem. He discovered a coil leak and discussed with me my options: to have the coil replaced or have the whole inside unit replaced.   Ronnie discussed with me my options on a new unit and explained the advantages/disadvantages of each.   After I decided to have a new unit installed, Ronnie was here the very next day to install the unit.  He took the time to explain exactly how the unit operates.  Ronnie and his team were very professional, courteous and prompt. I will definitely use this company for all my AC/Heating needs."

"Mr. Ferrell first connected his computer to my computer via internet and worked for quite a few hours trying to determine what exactly was wrong. The next day he continued working from his computer for several hours. He determined he would have to have my desktop tower to complete the repair. He and my son met in Huntsville to exchange the tower. He then cleaned up a lot of what was wrong and reloaded Windows 10. He deleted the D: drive which had way too much memory allotted to it. The tower was returned and I plugged it all back together and it is working better than it did when I first purchased it. I would use him again and I recommend him highly to anyone needing computer updating and/or repair. His work is warrantied and he is very personable, knowledgeable, and helpful."
