"A representative comes to our house and checks cleanliness and chemical levels. We need not be there. We gen a confirming email every time they come out. They empty, clean and refill the spa tub three times a year. Seamless performance. Expensive luxury but we are never left wondering whether the spa is in a condition to use. <br />"
