"The service was excellent! They arrived to pick up the vehicle a day earlier which was great. They delivered the vehicle right to my daughter's door and found a side street to unload. The service was delivered within the time frame given. All of my questions were answered via phone or email and the paperwork was seamless and the price was very reasonable."

"Excellent. They cleaned all of the system, down to the street, and even found a drain that had underground blockage and directed me on how to get it fixed. I have them do my home and my rental house."

"He and his crew removed the old roof and installed a new one. Due to the harsh environment (high winds, salt air) extra stainless steel nails were used. Phil took time to explain coastal roofing challenges and used pictures of our roof to show us the existing condition. Workers were safe and polite. Work area was left in good order each day; project was completed promptly and looks great. After a big wind and lots of rain, gutters drain well and the roof is secure and well sealed. I would like to emphasize the importance of using a roofer who is familiar with coastal conditions. Our previous roof tiles were in good condition, but the wrong nails were used and therefore deteriorated prematurely."

"Zac Pounder replaced rotted siding on my home and garage's exterior, applied primer, replaced sheetrock on the garage interior, built a beautiful ballistrade and handrail on a loft stairway inside the house, tore down a rotted surround on a backyard deck, installed a step around the deck, and replaced an old backyard gate at no charge, demolished a wooden wheel chair ramp and installed a cement landing at the front door.  He accomplished his work in a very timely and professional manner, he does beautiful work with great attention to detail, makes suggestions, and is a delight to work with.  He arrived each day when he said he would, and sometimes stayed overtime to complete outside work before the winter rains started.  He's a very pleasant and personable man, and I highly recommend Mr. Pounder to anyone in need of home improvement.  His work is truly top-notch all the way.  He will get more business from me in the future for sure!"

Choosing the right Home Inspector can be difficult. Unlike most professionals, you probably will not get to meet me until after you hire me. Furthermore, different inspectors have varying qualifications, equipment, experience, reporting methods and yes, different pricing. All of our inspectors hold Associats Degrees in Building Inspection Technology which required classes in Building Codes, Electrical Codes, Mechanical Codes, Plumbing Codes, Engineering Classes, Plan Review Classes and technical Report writing classes. All new employeees go through an extensive consistetency training program before going to work for us, so you always get the same highly efficient, educated and friendly staff who understand the key diffrnece between a minor defect and a serious structural concern. We don’t write books we write quality easy to read reports.\n \nOne thing for sure is that a home inspection requires work, a lot of work. Ultimately a thorough inspection depends heavily on the individual inspector’s own effort. If you honor us by permitting us to inspect your new home, I guarantee we will give you our very best effort. This we promise you. FAQs for thermostat installation and replacement projects in Myrtle Point, OR

Smart thermostats may be worth it for many homeowners. They come with various features, including voice control and smartphone apps. Vacation mode can help lower energy usage when you’re out of town for an extended period. Alert warnings let you know about major spikes or drops in temperature. Smartphone apps can track energy usage, and smart thermostats can learn your routine over time to adjust your temperature and reduce wasted energy consumption automatically.

You typically do not need more than one smart thermostat. While it’s common to see multiple mechanical thermostats throughout a large home, multiple smart thermostats may try to override each other. This can lead to problems with the HVAC system. Ensure the unit you buy has the option for dual- or multi-zoned systems to avoid compatibility issues.

Installing a programmable or smart thermostat may save you $180 per year in utility costs. A big part of this comes from a smart thermostat’s ability to learn and adapt to your regular routines. With smartphone apps or web-based interfaces, you also have the option to control your thermostat when you’re not home.
