"Frank came out when he said he would. He did the motor replacement in less than we thought it would take. After he was done, we decided to just have the whole door replaced. It was going on 25 years since our home was built and we felt more comfortable knowing that we wouldn't have to have someone come out for other parts that would have eventually gone bad. This way we have a whole new door that will last us another 25 years, hopefully. I can't say enough about Frank. He was quick and proficient. He did an amazing job on the opener. We can't recommend him enough. Our neighbor came over and asked Frank go to his house to take a look at his door and now our neighbor will be getting a new door as well. Frank is a down-to-earth kind of guy. Very friendly and courteous. He cleaned up after himself and respectfully shook our hands. We're very happy with the whole experience and highly recommend him to anyone who is looking to just have a repair done or a new door. He's your man. "

"I am extremely impressed with Ray. Highly professional and knowledgeable, pays close attention to details and looks over the entire job and different ways of getting the work done. My Dad who is 89 y/o has a 2 car garage but has not used one side of the garage for a car because he has LOTS of tools on that side. Recently, we’ve downside some of his tools and now want to use that side of the garage too. However, the garage door opener that is 25 years old wasn’t working and we were under the impression it needed to be replaced. We had a couple other repairmen out to give us estimates. Ray came out and studied the setup that was in place, and the garage itself as everything with the garage is original and 80 years old. He took pics because he hadn’t seen the system that operated the doors. He also pointed out things the other repairmen hadn’t. My Dad doesn’t need a new one. I asked what we owed and he said no charge. I was floored and felt bad because he had fixed the old one. In the end we needed two remote garage door openers because after not using it for 25 years my Dad would have no idea where they were. I would use him again and will recommend him to family and friends."
