This situation is extremely concerning, not only due to the financial loss but also because it involves potentially incomplete or faulty electrical work, which poses a safety risk. I am deeply disappointed by this experience and the lack of professionalism displayed by someone found via your service. I request your urgent assistance in this matter. Please advise on the steps I can take to investigate this individual, recover my funds, and resolve this outstanding issue.
